Aufgaben
- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, adoption, and child custody disputes
- Draft and review petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
- Advise clients on rights and options in family law matters
- Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes amicably
- Litigate cases in court and advocate during hearings and trials
- Assist with enforcement and modification of court orders
- Stay updated on developments in family law and best practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- License to practice law as a Family Law Attorney in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in family law including divorce and custody
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of alimony, paternity, and domestic violence law is a plus
