In this role you will manage Oracle Financials and Basware to support the company’s financial operations. You will partner with IT and business teams to align applications with changing needs and data strategies. You’ll define access controls and develop training to boost user adoption and efficiency. You’ll contribute to roadmaps and process improvements that drive innovation in a multinational, collaborative setting. This is a hands-on position with a meaningful impact on finance operations and systems.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead the functional management of Oracle Financials and Basware, ensuring ongoing support and improvements
Partner with IT and business teams to align applications with evolving financial needs and data strategies
Define user roles and access controls, ensuring audit and security compliance
Develop training materials and documentation to empower users and optimize performance
Contribute to process improvements and functional roadmaps to drive efficiency and innovation

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 to 10 years in functional management of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, CM, FA, GL)
Hands-on experience with Basware or similar purchase-to-pay applications
Fluent English with strong communication in a multicultural setting
Strong analytical mindset with passion for data, technology, and process optimization
Proactive, adaptable, creative problem-solver
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
