7+ years of experience in revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency with full P&L responsibility
Experience in sales, market development, and scaling businesses
Ability to align diverse teams across operations, sales, finance, HR, and legal
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with changing market conditions
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel 10-15% for industry engagement and meetings
