Experteer Overview
In this executive role, you will shape Galderma’s global total rewards philosophy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being programs. You will partner with executive leadership and regional teams to harmonize rewards while respecting local markets. You will lead data-driven program design, governance, and communication to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This is a strategic, impact-driven opportunity to elevate the employee experience across a multinational organization. You will drive innovation in rewards and demonstrate inclusive leadership in a complex, diverse environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Formulate and execute a global total rewards strategy aligning with business goals, values, and employer brand
- Oversee design, benchmarking, and administration of base salaries, incentives, and executive compensation
- Lead global benefits programs design, negotiation, and administration across health, wellness, retirement, and insurance
- Develop innovative recognition and well-being programs to enhance engagement and culture
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations; monitor regulatory trends
- Use analytics to measure effectiveness, equity, and ROI of rewards programs; present insights to leadership
- Act as primary stakeholder contact for total rewards; collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and operations
- Drive change management and communications to educate staff about rewards and maximize impact
- Build and lead a high-performing global rewards team and foster continuous development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in total rewards, compensation, or benefits in large multinationals
- Proven track record leading global teams and delivering complex projects; reports to CHRO
- Deep knowledge of reward strategies, market trends, and regional regulatory environments
- Strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Strategic mindset, integrity, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Bachelor's in Human Resources (Master's preferred)
