You drive performance management, leadership programs, and employee surveys across countries, ensuring successful global rollout of systems like SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning. You collaborate with G+D teams and business units to align talent initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage the global talent development team
- Develop and roll out internationally scalable talent development concepts
- Oversee global performance management, leadership development programs, talent initiatives, academies/trainings and employee surveys
- Own the associated systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning, and lead their global rollout
- Collaborate closely with G+D country teams and business units
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or similar
- Several years of leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge in people development, including performance management, development programs and learning/upskilling (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
- Proven experience managing international projects
- Results-driven with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English
