In this role you will lead the Healthcare sales vertical, driving sustained growth through strategic account management and cross-functional leadership. Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing healthcare sales team
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of commercially skilled talent
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across global accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, shaping, negotiating and closing high-impact opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams for aligned strategies and global execution
  • Translate industry trends into actionable strategies and compelling value propositions
  • Identify and drive new growth opportunities, markets and partnerships
  • Monitor commercial performance and pipeline quality to ensure sustainable, profitable growth

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with healthcare/pharma/life sciences exposure
  • Proven experience in key account management and leading commercial teams in a global environment
  • Strong industry expertise with ability to translate market trends into strategies
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with track record of growth and managing complex sales pipelines
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience collaborating with global key account teams, national management and Finance/Legal units
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
