Experteer Overview

As a Quality Interface for Immuno devices, you support root-cause investigations, troubleshooting, and impact assessments of field issues. You will coordinate with Quality, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to drive improvements in analyzers and systems. This role focuses on applying the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and timely resolution of field complaints. Investigate and troubleshoot field system issues (hardware, software, consumables, and reagents) and document findings
Perform timely impact assessments and propose solutions to incidents
Design and execute experimental test plans and activities for investigation
Contribute to defining requirements and potential improvements for existing analyzers and new systems
Draft and finalize documentation aligned with the Diasorin Quality System
Coordinate with internal technical functions (Product Development, Corporate Service, Customer Care, Quality & Regulatory)
Ensure compliance with ethics codes, QMS, policies, and corporate procedures

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor and Master of Science in technical or scientific subjects
2 years’ experience in a comparable role (plus)
Knowledge of Diasorin Immuno systems (plus)
Experience in IVD and/or highly regulated FDA environments and biotechnology (highly appreciated)

Analytical thinking and synthesis Interdisciplinary collaboration Clear and concise writing Knowledge of GMP (appreciated)Experience with ISO 13485 Ability to discuss technical topics effectively
