In this role you lead the digital engineering transformation across the Joint Venture, delivering digital engineering and delivery products to all users and partners. You build and steer a high-performing team, ensuring secure, reliable solutions while navigating a period of significant change. You partner with international stakeholders to define a compelling vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to shape digital services at scale in a strategic, government-facing programme.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define the Value Stream vision and strategic roadmap with international stakeholders
- Lead and coach Product Line Managers and act as escalation point for performance
- Oversee overall Digital Engineering and Delivery performance and timely delivery of roadmap
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with enabling functions and other Heads of Product Value Stream
- Identify bottlenecks in product development and drive continuous improvement
- Drive data-driven decision making using analytics to measure KPIs
- Stay informed on industry trends to keep the value stream competitive
- Manage budget for Digital Engineering and Delivery including supplier contracts and alignment with enterprise plans
- Ensure security, compliance, and risk management across the Value Stream
- Interlock with Digital Information Portfolio to qualify and plan major demand
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant IT or business degree or demonstrable experience
- Applicable technology certifications, product management qualifications, or demonstrable experience
- Evidence of continuous professional development
