In this role you lead the video/audio/visual discipline within the Production team for large events. You will act as SME for your discipline, guiding pre-planning, on-site management and post-show activities, while mentoring technicians and driving safe, high-quality execution. You’ll collaborate with project teams and supply chains to maximise profitability and innovation. This is a global, hands-on leadership role for complex live productions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design, pre-plan and manage all aspects of your discipline with project teams
Produce technical drawings, production plans, labour estimates, budgets, and equipment selections
Support other departments with technology/process recommendations
Lead on-site delivery to meet client needs and Encore safety standards
Oversee post-show tasks: labour, expenses, sub rentals, equipment maintenance
Provide team leadership and coaching; ensure training on Encore standards and systems
Manage HR activities including performance, staffing and development
Train and develop team members and recommend training opportunities
Ensure health and safety compliance and drive improvements with the HSE Manager
Support client meetings to ensure equipment setup meets requirements
Manage and report post-show feedback for future events

Zentrale Anforderungen

BA/BS or equivalent experience
5+ years in live large venue AV
5+ years expert-level technical experience in a discipline
2+ years crew lead experience
Strong customer service, organisation and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 75%
