In this strategic leadership role, you will drive liquidity and working capital efficiency for Noatum Logistics’ global operations. You’ll set and monitor KPIs, lead forecasting and funding decisions, and embed cash discipline across the organization. You will collaborate with Group Treasury, regional finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure funding and mitigate financial risk. This is an opportunity to shape how cash and working capital enable our international logistics business to scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and track working capital KPIs (DSO, DPO) and standardize cash accountability across operations
Lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and funding decisions
Oversee receivables management, credit policies, aging, insurance, and high-risk customer positions
Govern payables and disbursement controls, and drive finance process automation
Manage treasury operations, cash positioning, reconciliation, and support Oracle Treasury implementation
Design SOX-aligned internal controls and support audit remediation
