Verantwortungsbereiche
- Open new accounts and expand existing ones to drive program growth
- Use market analysis and Compassus tools to identify opportunities
- Secure referrals from physicians and staff; collaborate with operations for rapid admissions
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and maintain productivity
- Build trust-based relationships with referral sources via consultative sales
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy to patients and families; manage emotional aspects
- Be flexible with hours to ensure timely patient support
- Gather feedback from referral sources and communicate insights to operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team needs
- Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
- Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare is preferred
