Experteer Overview
In this HR Manager EMEA role, you will guide people and organizational development for our EMEA-based employees. You’ll partner with the business to implement talent and DEI initiatives, drive engagement, and provide coaching to managers and teams. You’ll lead talent reviews, partnerships with Organizational Development, and ensure HR offerings support business goals. This position blends advisory support with hands-on HR delivery in a global, family-owned context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as trusted advisor to business units; coach and consult on people matters
- Design and execute progressive talent strategies to address retention and development
- Lead DEI programs and activities to enhance employee experience
- Serve as main HR contact for assigned business units and manage related projects
- Collaborate with Organizational Development to forecast future capabilities and design initiatives
- Facilitate bi-annual talent reviews, engagement sessions, roundtables, and performance review calibrations
- Educate clients on HR offerings such as training, volunteering, team building, and key updates
- Support recruitment for the client group
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 7+ years HR experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- English required; French or Spanish a plus
