In this role you enable reliable IT operations and user productivity across multiple countries by supporting and optimizing JD Edwards ERP workflows. You will bridge users and systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and smooth processes for finance, procurement, and asset management. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement, runbooks, and training while collaborating with regional IT and business process owners. This position offers international exposure, travel, and a chance to shape ERP-driven efficiency in a growing organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide first-line support for JD Edwards and integrated systems across multiple countries
Troubleshoot application, integration, and user-access issues; escalate to JD Edwards teams or vendors as needed
Manage user accounts, roles, security, and SoD across deployments
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes
Produce and maintain technical and user documentation, runbooks, and change logs
Deliver user training and create guides; drive change management for JD Edwards workflows
Coordinate with regional IT, external JD Edwards consultants, and business process owners for projects, rollouts, and upgrades
Ensure IT security compliance, backups, DR plans, and data privacy/regulatory requirements per country

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–5 years in IT support, ERP support, or similar roles
Basic understanding of ERP systems (finance modules like AP/AR/GL); JD Edwards is a plus
Experience with user management, access rights, and IT support environments
Willingness to travel occasionally (~once per month)
Strong problem-solving and proactive hands-on mindset
Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
Comfortable in an international environment and with occasional travel
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
