Verantwortungsbereiche

Administrate user accounts for network, email, and other applications
Provide end-user support for Medpace IT equipment and software (hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax, mobile, scanners, security and monitoring systems)
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software
Respond to IT tickets via calls, email, and requests for technical support
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions
Communicate and collaborate with regional/global IT team members

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and other cloud-based applications is a plus
