In this CRA role, you join Medpace to support site qualification, monitoring, and closeout across Europe through the PACE training program. You will work with a cross-functional team of experts to ensure compliant, high-quality data in drug and medical device trials. The role offers extensive hands-on training, travel across the DACH region, and a defined growth path toward senior CRA responsibilities. You will contribute to advancing therapeutic development while gaining international experience.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per protocol
Communicate with site staff and investigators to ensure qualifications, resources, and training
Verify investigator qualifications, facilities, and staff readiness
Perform source data verification and ensure good documentation practices per SOPs and GCP
Execute risk-based monitoring (on-site and remote) and use CTMS for data review and issue resolution
Confirm patient eligibility and maintain regulatory and product accountability records
Review adverse events and concomitant medications for accurate reporting
Assess site recruitment/retention and provide improvement recommendations
Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with key findings and actions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in health or science
Clinical Research Coordinator experience (minimum 1 year)
Ability to travel 60-70% within the DACH region
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with strong time management
Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
