Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per protocol
  • Communicate with site staff including coordinators and investigators
  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources
  • Ensure good documentation practices and manage protocol deviations per SOPs and GCP
  • Perform risk-based monitoring and data review via the Clinical Trial Management System
  • Verify subject eligibility, regulatory documents, and device/product accountability
  • Assess recruitment/retention performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters noting findings and actions

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in health or science related field
  • Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to travel 60-70% within the DACH region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
