In this role you will drive growth for the Food & Specialties business across Western Europe by expanding key customers, developing existing accounts and forging new, profitable partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock opportunities, shape regional strategy, and deliver measurable revenue impact. This position offers a chance to shape customer relationships at scale within a global food ingredients company. You will be a pivotal link between customers and our product & service capabilities, enabling sustainable growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and manage strategic key accounts in Western Europe
Expand existing business with current customers and identify upsell opportunities
Build and secure new, profitable partnerships across the region
Coordinate with internal functions to tailor solutions to customer needs
Monitor performance, forecast growth, and report on key metrics
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align regional strategies
