Support sales to close Total Lab Automation opportunities
Analyze laboratory workflows and craft automation/IT visions for customers
Design and deliver high-impact solutions addressing complex challenges
Collaborate with product management, project management, and sales teams
Develop growth-oriented, technically informed strategies

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (or equivalent)
Certification as MT or CLS preferred
Experience in a clinical laboratory with understanding of workflows and diagnostics
Knowledge of WIT Technology, Life Science market, and diagnostic competitors
Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and financial acumen
Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage projects and travel to customer sites
Proficiency with LIS and diagnostic equipment; basic AutoCAD; strong PC skills
