Experteer Overview

Lead a credit team to optimize valuation models and credit strategies within Revolut’s lending products. You’ll align with Finance and risk functions to hit portfolio KPIs and shape pricing, originations, and risk management. The role balances rapid market delivery with robust governance, driving data-driven decisions at scale. You will shape credit strategy across markets, launch in-market tests and build analytical tools for local teams.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead the team managing credit product valuation models and input assumptions to optimise performance
Oversee the quarterly forecasting process for credit products
Coordinate with Finance to set and execute Credit KPIs across teams
Define the credit decisioning framework with 2nd line and Finance
Optimise credit strategies for new originations, customer management, and arrears to maximise risk-adjusted returns
Support development of credit strategies for new products via in-market tests and market-fit analysis
Design and analyse champion-challenger tests in pricing and credit limits
Build analytical tools for local credit teams
Ensure first-line credit risk approvals are aligned with 2nd/3rd line and regulators

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years in a similar role
Experience in credit risk management for retail credit portfolios (personal loans, credit cards)
Expertise in credit product valuation models
Experience with data analysis using Python or SQL
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical field
Ability to explain complex matters simply
Understanding of credit governance and 2nd/3rd line of defence
Awareness of speed-to-market balance between problem solving and business needs
