Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collate and evaluate requests for P&B Documentation, ensuring on-time, compliant delivery to internal and external clients
- Conduct compliance reviews and prepare complex regulatory documentation for internal/external requests and product submissions
- Review impact of changes in internal, client, government or industry standards on customer formulas for continued compliance
- Serve as SME for specific regulatory topics (e.g., global KGA POC and global P&B alignment) for RA Documentation and RA BU teams
- Prepare, validate, train, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide guidance and support to Specialists and other BU/Group colleagues
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related scientific field
- 5 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in related industry segments
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly
- People leadership skills: inspire, influence, motivate, and provide/gather feedback
- Team management experience desirable
- Flexibility to support business needs and work during bank holidays
- Strong business acumen with change management and preference for automation to drive efficiency
- Continuous improvement mindset
