Experteer Overview

As Legal Counsel, you will shape group-wide legal frameworks and provide expert advice on energy law, tax, and contracts. You’ll assess risks, draft complex agreements, and steer strategic litigation and action plans. Your work supports PASM’s role as a legally secure energy supplier to Deutsche Telekom. You’ll oversee regulatory analysis and coordinate with internal and external lawyers. This role offers impact across energy procurement, metering operations, and market participation in a large infrastructure context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Draft and implement group-wide legal frameworks and requirements
Provide legal advice and prepare opinions in energy-related law
Observe case law and legislation, assess risks, and recommend actions
Create and review complex contracts; negotiate with customers, partners and suppliers
Develop litigation strategies and manage court proceedings and mandated lawyers
Clarify complex legal issues and prepare comprehensive opinions
Manage strategically oriented projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in law or comparable vocational training with relevant experience
Extensive experience in legal services and energy sector law
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Expertise in energy tax and regulatory implications
Experience with EFET contracts, PPAs, and electricity supply contracts
Ability to identify strategic implications and prepare actionable recommendations
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically diverse projects
Excellent analytical and legal opinion-writing abilities
Knowledge of case law in energy market and regulatory considerations
