Experteer Overview

In this role you lead and optimize supply chain operations for Make-Up, Skincare, and Home categories, ensuring product availability and quality compliance. You coordinate internal teams and external partners to support strategic objectives and drive performance improvements. You will drive digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience. This is a hands-on leadership position across planning, execution, and quality domains with a strong impact on service levels and supplier collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Ensure continuity of supply and anticipate shortages; implement corrective actions to maintain service level
Lead and manage a team of 5 in Barcelona and Paris
Coordinate flows between suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics hubs; set up and negotiate contracts with outsourcing subcontractors
Ensure deliveries meet quantity, quality, and timelines
Implement KPIs (OTIF, service rate); lead digitalization and automation initiatives
Collaborate with Quality Teams to ensure quality compliance

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong expertise in supply chain and flow management
Proficiency in SAP
Spanish/English/French proficiency
Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
