Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and coach a 6–10 person techno-functional team to achieve goals and foster engagement
Oversee programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of application fixes and enhancements
Supervise day-to-day application support to deliver business outcomes
Coordinate and build configurations aligned with user and business requirements
Serve as primary user contact for enhancement requests and operational excellence
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with standards and goals
Prioritize and resolve incident tickets and user requests to maintain service stability
Monitor application performance and suggest efficiency improvements
Guide implementation and continuous improvement of support processes and governance
Maintain vendor relationships and support contract oversight and performance management

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience (typically 5+ years)
Hands-on supervisory experience with a background in Commercial, Risk Management, Customer Service, and/or Sourcing
Experience across contract management, pricing, costing, order management, invoicing, rebates, sourcing, and/or procurement
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
