As a Managing Consultant, Environmental Permitting Specialist, you will drive ERM's growth in New Jersey by leading complex permitting projects and expanding the IAP service line. You will mentor a technical team, build trusted advisor relationships with utilities and NJDEP staff, and influence major capital and renewable energy initiatives. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead growth: develop and implement plans to expand ERM's IAP services in New Jersey
Seller/doer: identify opportunities, craft proposals, and deliver consulting engagements
Technical leadership: oversee DLRP permitting efforts ensuring compliance and quality
Team development: recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team
Client engagement: deepen existing relationships and form new partnerships for long-term success
Global collaboration: coordinate with ERM's worldwide network to share best practices

Zentrale Anforderungen

4+ years of consulting experience with NJDEP DLRP and multi-media permitting
Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies in New Jersey
Established relationships with electric and gas utilities and NJDEP DLRP staff
Strong technical expertise in environmental permitting and impact assessment
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and generating repeat business
