KeyBanc Capital Markets is expanding its Consumer & Retail Investment Banking coverage. As Managing Director, you will source, pitch, and execute M&A transactions and other advisory products, leading client relationships and deal teams. You will build new relationships, drive revenue, and coordinate cross-functional resources. You will mentor junior bankers and promote other lines of business. This hybrid, strategic role offers exposure to high-impact transactions and a path to shape the bank’s advisory footprint.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Originate, lead, and close M&A transactions to generate revenue
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with corporate and private equity clients
- Drive business development to cycle in new clients and opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior bankers on deal execution
- Collaborate across teams to promote other lines of business and referrals
- Support compliance and uphold professional conduct in all activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets
- Proven track record in client relationship management and deal execution
- FINRA SIE, S7, S79, and S63 licenses
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, business, or related field
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of M&A lifecycle, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
