Experteer Overview
As Manufacturing Engineer for Measurement & Inspection at Fokker Landing Gear, you lead CMM programming and inspection strategy to enable high-precision aerospace components. You will act as a bridge between manufacturing, quality and engineering, delivering robust measurement solutions and documentation while driving continuous improvement. You’ll shape inspection processes on a multi-technology campus and support first article inspections and process validation. This role supports safe, reliable aircraft production and contributes to the company’s regional and global aerospace missions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain CMM programs (ZEISS Calypso) per ISO and ASME
- Define and implement measurement and inspection strategies for complex aerospace components
- Prepare and manage inspection and product-related documentation for manufacturing
- Analyze measurement and production data to improve process capability and product quality
- Manage and support resolution of non-conformances
- Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to Lean and Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) continuous improvement
- Support FAI, industrialization, and process validation activities
- Collaborate with production, quality and external suppliers to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Strong expertise in ZEISS Calypso (certification a plus)
- Solid understanding of GD&T (ISO & ASME)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience with measurement systems and inspection processes in production
- Familiarity with APQP, MSA, SPC, QCP, PFMEA, RCA
- Knowledge of ZEISS PiWeb and AUKOM certification advantageous
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing and precision machining is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
