Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop medium-to-long-term material plans to support the production forecast, manage inventory across the regional network, and optimize material supply to minimize obsolescence. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align planning with the master schedule and DRP, contributing to the S&OE process and continuous improvement. This position offers an opportunity to shape regional supply planning and enhance cost-effectiveness at a renowned international company.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Translate the production plan into a material requirements plan (medium-to-long term) to ensure material availability
- Ensure accurate timing and quantity of material supply, optimize order sizes, and minimize obsolescence
- Maintain MRP parameters, consolidate category requirements, and act on MRP exceptions
- Collaborate with suppliers and perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning to match production plan with cost-effective supply
- Support inventory analysis, monitor low-turnover and obsolete items, and review inventory policies
- Maintain select manufacturing parameters and restrictions
- Identify and escalate material sourcing risks or opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain
- Advanced English level required (C1)
- 2 years minimum of operational experience in Supply Chain Material Planning
- Experience with advanced Planning tools (SAP, APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI
