In this role you will oversee medical materiel readiness and WRM assemblages, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and regulatory compliance. You will lead warehousing, inventory management, and support to cross-functional teams across base organizations and government agencies. You will drive readiness for medical logistics operations, including ECMM, biomedical maintenance, and mass casualty support, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the COR. This position offers impact in healthcare readiness and data-driven logistics at a mission-focused organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche

General warehousing tasks including inventory management and cargo preparation
Manage and supervise medical logistics functions and ECM M operations
Oversee WRM assemblages, MOI levels and documentation
Coordinate logistics activities with base organizations, units and government agencies
Train, mentor and supervise staff; liaise with COR
Ensure compliance with DoD MMIS records and regulatory requirements
Support deferred procurement programs and mass casualty readiness
Perform additional duties as needed

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in business or logistics related field OR 10 years medical logistics experience
10 years medical logistics field experience
Expertise in MMIS assemblage management
Experience in healthcare or healthcare support settings with WRM/MC-CBRN/HSMR program management and ECMM operations
Travel up to 25%
US citizen
Public trust clearance with ability to obtain secret
