In this role you orchestrate logistics for a high-tech assembly facility in Eindhoven, turning customer orders into actionable production plans. You work across functions—project management, engineering, assembly, and quality—to ensure on-time deliveries, quality targets, and customer satisfaction. You manage orders from intake through delivery and after-sales, tackling material shortages and lead-time challenges. Verantwortungsbereiche

Receive, review, and maintain sales orders from multiple customers
Plan and monitor orders considering material availability, capacity, and changing priorities
Coordinate deliveries and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with project management, engineering, assembly, and quality
Create and adjust production orders in the ERP system
Monitor unreleased production orders and trigger follow-up actions
Identify material shortages and coordinate resolution
Collect data on delivery performance, quality, margins, and turnover expectations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
2 years of experience in customer service and planning in high-tech sector
Experience with logistical ERP systems
Knowledge of materials management processes
Fluent in Dutch and English; German a plus
