In this role you drive demand planning and forecasting to strengthen L'Oréal's Nordic performance. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and international teams to deliver credible forecasts that support a resilient supply chain. You manage product lifecycles, launches, and catalog simplification, while aligning with S&OP and ensuring top management visibility. This position offers rapid responsibility, growth, and a dynamic, international work environment in Copenhagen.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Model future forecasts using sell-in, stock-in-trade, and sell-out data with Marketing and Commercial teams
Lead forecast alignment and validation meetings within the category
Present forecast figures to top management to support decisions
Steer planning for upcoming product launches
Manage product lifecycles and support catalog simplification
Optimize service levels and stock quality with Supply Planning
Implement new forecasting tools and processes
Coordinate with international supply chain teams, including S&OP

Zentrale Anforderungen

Understanding of demand and supply planning processes, with FMCG experience preferred
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Business sense and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
Proactive work style and efficient prioritization
Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative-taking
Forecasting and modeling experience
IT-literate with advanced Excel skills
Strong stakeholder management
