In this role you will maximise the efficiency of our business centres and steer process re-engineering to simplify experiences for customers and staff. You will drive cross-centre collaboration, oversee improvement initiatives and project delivery for new centre openings and refurbishments. You will lead teams, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships to enable rapid, cost-effective growth. Verantwortungsbereiche

Simplify and standardise procedures; communicate changes to operating model and coach staff
Provide excellent customer service by identifying issues and implementing remedy plans
Troubleshoot major issues with on-site travel when needed
Lead continuous improvement through virtual round tables with centre teams (stop, automate, train)
Manage performance within the team
Ensure adherence to compliance processes
Negotiate and manage relationships with multiple vendors
Project management for new centre openings and refurbishment projects
