Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Glovo Italy’s SMB sales to grow the restaurant partner base and maximize their success on our platform. You’ll manage ~10 Business Developers, define a local sales strategy, and drive acquisition, development, and retention of partners. You’ll build scalable sales processes, mentor your team, and use data to optimize revenue. Expect a fast-paced, high-impact environment as you help grow the ecosystem across Italy while living Glovo’s values.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the local sales strategy to meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets across Italy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Developers with hands-on training and deal reviews
- Drive performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize revenue growth
- Build and scale sales processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing partner success
- Foster a high-performance culture with continuous learning, collaboration and clear career development
- Manage pipeline health and forecasting with CRM tools for visibility and actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Account Management, and Ops to accelerate partner value
- Monitor market trends and competitor moves to inform strategy, pricing, and messaging
- Live Glovo’s values and lead by example to motivate the team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in sales with 2+ years in leadership in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop sales professionals
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Expertise in B2B sales and high-volume acquisition strategies
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with stakeholder influence
- High ownership, results-driven with hands-on execution
- Agile, proactive, and able to operate with speed in dynamic settings
- Fluency in Italian and English
