As Italy SMB Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to acquire, develop, and retain restaurant partners across Italy, driving revenue growth on the Glovo platform. You’ll define local sales strategy, coach a ~10-person team, and optimize processes to scale partner success. You’ll work cross-functionally to align growth, account management, and operations, all while upholding Glovo’s values. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the local sales strategy to meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets in Italy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Developers with hands-on training and deal reviews
- Drive performance through KPI ownership and data-driven insights to maximize revenue
- Build and scale sales processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, and long-term success
- Foster a high-performance culture with continuous learning, collaboration, and career development
- Manage pipeline health and forecasting with CRM for visibility and actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Account Management, and Ops to accelerate partner value
- Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to inform strategy, pricing, and messaging
- Live Glovo’s values and set a leadership standard to motivate the team to excel and grow with purpose
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in leadership in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop sales professionals
- Strategic, analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Expertise in B2B sales and high-volume acquisition strategies
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, results-driven, hands-on execution
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in dynamic settings
- Fluency in Italian and English; commitment to diversity and inclusive culture
