In this role you help clients mature their People Analytics capabilities and translate data into actionable insights that guide workforce decisions. You work with cross-functional teams to design analytics strategies, roadmaps, and data-driven solutions, including dashboards and predictive models, across HR topics. You’ll combine data wrangling, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making at scale. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping how organizations manage talent and workforce strategy.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Assess client current state of People Analytics and identify key themes
Lead development of client analytics vision, strategy, and implementation roadmap
Design and deploy analytics dashboards, visualizations, and predictive models using HCM/People Analytics platforms
Execute end-to-end analytics process: data cleansing, modeling, visualization, and communicating outcomes
Analyze HR data across domains to uncover insights and inform decisions
Define business questions through stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings
Collaborate with global teams across geographies
Create data visuals to highlight insights for business decisions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4+ years in consulting or analytics-focused role
4+ years data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization) and data analysis using SQL, R, Python
4+ years experience with Data Warehouses/Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
4+ years BI/dashboarding experience (Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
Willingness to travel 25-50%
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
