Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Cradle’s internal people experience and corporate foundation. You will scale People Ops and Business Ops, balancing high-touch people management with governance and operational rigor. You will own the employee lifecycle, benefits, equity management, and cross-border compliance as the company grows. This is a strategic role at a Series B startup, offering impact across HR, finance, legal, and investor processes. You’ll work from Amsterdam or Zurich with a strong emphasis on building scalable, data-driven people operations that align with Cradle’s mission and culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (contracts, visas, onboarding, payroll, benefits)
- Design and optimize scalable People Ops and Business Ops workflows
- Lead Netherlands/Switzerland benefits and coordinate US/remote benefits
- Manage employee engagement analytics and act on survey insights
- Custodian of equity records and shareholder registries; support fundraising with investor data rooms
- Contribute to cross-functional operations projects (Knowledge Management overhaul, US office footprint, pension reviews)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2–4 years in an operational, generalist, or analytical role with a people-facing focus
- Proven experience building or improving processes in fast-changing startups
- Ability to connect dots across People, Finance, Legal and foresee ripple effects
- Strong numerical intuition; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for payroll, equity, and survey tasks
- Strong written and spoken communication; ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and precise legal documentation
- Willingness to be in Amsterdam or Zurich office at least 3 days per week
