Experteer Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will scale and optimise Paid Search across Revolut Business markets to drive high-intent customer acquisition. You’ll shape multi-country campaigns, implement automation, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align on growth goals and contribute to a fast-growing fintech mission. This role offers the chance to impact how millions engage with Revolut’s business products through precise, scalable search campaigns.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead strategy and execution for Google Ads, Performance Max, and Bing to grow high-intent traffic and conversions
- Build scalable, structured accounts and enable automation via scripts, rules, or APIs
- Manage multi-country rollout and tailor campaigns to local languages, regulations, and competition
- Contribute to creative production and guide data-driven decisions for further creative development
- Ensure robust tracking, analysis, reporting, and automate campaign management where possible
- Create transparent dashboards and share actionable learnings weekly with Growth, SEO, and Product Marketing
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5–8 years in Paid Search (Google & Bing) within SaaS, fintech, or performance-driven organisations
- Proven track record managing large budgets and scaling international campaigns
- Deep expertise in Search, PMAX, DSAs, RSAs, feed management, and cross-geo structures
- Proficiency in GA4/GA360, GTM, postbacks, tracking QA; familiarity with value-based bidding and MMM frameworks
- Experience with scripts, SA360, and rule-based automation workflows
- Skills with BigQuery, Looker, or Excel for performance analysis and forecasting
- Natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact
