As a Finance Executive, you will provide strategic leadership over all finance activities for the health plan. You’ll align financial planning with the business unit and corporate goals, drive cost and pricing initiatives, and ensure compliance. You work cross-functionally to assess financial impact of contracts, forecast headcount and performance, and support external audits. This role offers hybrid work near Burr Ridge, IL, with a meaningful impact on 28 million members. You will shape financial strategy and partner with senior management to unlock value and efficiency.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and oversee all finance activities for the health plan business unit
Develop and monitor Annual Operating Plan and forecasting, including headcount planning
Identify medical cost trends and lead cost-improvement initiatives
Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts and support negotiations
Review monthly performance and provide recommendations to senior management
Serve as liaison between Corporate Finance and the Business Unit
Establish financial vision, objectives, policies, and procedures aligned with the strategic plan
Oversee pricing models and drive efficiency improvements
Direct health plan analytics and coordinate reporting strategy
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate rate setting with actuaries

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
10+ years in a high-level finance role in healthcare or insurance
CPA preferred
Must reside in Illinois
