As Site Manager at Tilburg, you will steer our local site toward world-class operational excellence. You’ll lead Lean-driven transformations, align cross-functional partners, and shape the site’s transformation plans. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead Tilburg site toward world-class operational excellence and implement Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash initiatives
Drive Lean principles and act as change agent to eliminate waste in manufacturing and business processes
Provide strategy and direction to meet production plans and collaborate with planning, sales, quality, lean, safety, finance, and HR
Establish and drive site Transformation Plans from strategy to execution
Create an environment of continuous improvement with efficient procedures, systems, tooling, and equipment
Ensure talent acquisition, employee development, and people management plans are in place
Collaborate with nVent leadership to identify opportunities, implement action plans, and achieve enterprise goals

Zentrale Anforderungen

Academic background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related business field preferred
Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a site manager leading an organization with 100+ people
Ideally 10+ years of manufacturing experience
Proven track record of Lean implementation and crafting a lean culture
Can-do mentality with demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods; adaptable to new processes in a changing environment
Skills in project management and organization
