Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and own the power electronics system architecture for next‑generation variable speed drive products
Drive technical decisions and trade‑offs across performance, cost, manufacturability, and reliability
Lead concept development and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Silicon Carbide)
Collaborate with hardware, software, systems, and mechanical teams to ensure alignment with product and customer requirements
Mentor engineers and contribute to platform development and long‑term innovation initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master's degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience designing power electronic systems for frequency converters, drives, inverters, or similar applications
Strong knowledge of converter topologies, power semiconductor technologies, and system‑level architecture development
Experience with simulation and modeling tools such as PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent tools
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to influence technical direction across multidisciplinary teams
Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to a positive, trust‑based work environment
