Experteer Overview

In this Pre-Doc role, you will support CfET research activities, helping manage projects from inception to completion. You will assist faculty and post-docs, compile and structure data, conduct statistical analyses, and prepare research outputs. Based at Frankfurt School, you will engage with internal and external researchers, collect datasets, and contribute to literature reviews. This two-year position emphasizes preparation for PhD programs in economics, finance or related disciplines, with a focus on private debt and AI.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Support ongoing research projects and researchers by performing data searches and data handling
Collect, manage, and structure quantitative datasets
Conduct complex statistical analyses and develop statistical software
Create charts, tables, and descriptive text for presentations
Gather information from academic and practitioner sources for research
Maintain communication with faculty and external institutions
Proofread and edit citations for research outputs
Provide technical and administrative support for research projects
Analyze data and/or specimens and conduct literature reviews
Assist with preparation of reports, manuscripts, and documents

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor or Master degree in related field
Less than 2 years of work experience in related discipline
Strong quantitative background
Knowledge of statistics or econometrics (preferred)
Proficiency in Stata, Python, or related software
Background in economics or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
