Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead design and development of complex AI systems, including generative models and large-scale ML infra
- Define and drive the AI technical strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee model experimentation, fine‑tuning, evaluation, and production deployment
- Set best practices for ML engineering, lifecycle, security, and governance
- Advise on architecture across data, ML, and application layers
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate into technical solutions
- Mentor engineering teams to raise technical capabilities
- Stay ahead of industry developments and emerging AI frameworks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years in AI/ML with production‑grade systems
- Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Hands‑on experience with large language models and generative AI architectures
- Knowledge of model serving, orchestration, distributed training, scalable inference
- Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to lead complex AI initiatives and guide multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of data engineering, MLOps, model governance, and ML lifecycle
