In this role you will lead complex commercial modelling for large client opportunities, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation. You will bring commercial innovation and pricing expertise to differentiate NTT DATA in bids and client responses. You will translate client financials into viable offerings and oversee P&L, cashflow and risk governance. You will partner with legal and pricing teams to optimise terms and drive a compelling, executable commercial proposition. This position offers exposure to cross-border deals and a global, multi-stakeholder environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Take the commercial lead on large, complex client opportunities to maximise profits and meet client needs
Develop and apply commercial models, pricing strategies, and governance for bids and projects
Create contract P&L, cashflow forecasts, and risk registers; guide pricing templates
Elevate commercial propositions in client responses and presentations
Collaborate with legal to identify terms, mitigations and contingencies
Analyse pricing methodologies for continuous improvement and competitiveness
Lead commercial reviews with internal stakeholders including Board and management teams
Act as a trusted advisor on transactional models, cross-border taxation, logistics and forex
Interface with multiple business areas and attend client meetings
Provide ad-hoc commercial support across the business and align with procurement and legal teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years in commercial management/architecture in a multinational IT organization
Extensive experience in complex commercial modelling and financial understanding
Executive-level client-facing experience
Experience with complex Managed Services commercial models and P&L
Finance-based university degree
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Advanced Excel; intermediate Word and PowerPoint

Confident presenting to all organizational levels Strong negotiation and influencing skills Commercially minded with multitasking ability under pressure Advanced Excel Pricing modelling P&L management
