As Product Delivery Manager, you will oversee project delivery, P&L accountability, and customer satisfaction for our subsea and surface pressure solutions in the oil and gas sector. You will lead project resources, shape annual plans for your department, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support the larger unit’s objectives. You will present technical interconnections to senior leadership and negotiate client conditions, driving value across high‑value, engineered products. This is a role for a delivery expert who shapes programs, partners with stakeholders, and delivers impact in a fast‑moving energy technology business.

Aufgaben
- Direct or indirect leadership of project resources
- Develop an annual department plan
- Collaborate with other functions to improve processes and ways of working
- Contribute to the plan of the larger unit
- Communicate across the direct organization
- Present to senior leaders on technology interconnections and strategy
- Follow established frameworks to navigate processes
- Negotiate client-specific conditions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED
- Strong project management experience in an engineered product or manufacturing environment
- Experience on large-scale, high-value projects
- Proven project management leadership experience
