Verantwortungsbereiche
- Quantify core government payment flows and define unique needs for each flow
- Build business cases for development requirements to meet identified needs
- Design product operational activities and tailor collateral, pricing, and RFP materials for target segments
- Partner with Product to ensure regulatory adherence, controls, and governance approvals
- Collaborate with Marketing on value proposition, market positioning, and sales readiness; align internal readiness with product teams
- Co-lead Sales activities with Sales, CSS, and Marketing to commercialize products
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience in sales or product supporting commercial bank clients
- Significant banking experience with understanding of payments and government landscape
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and deliver value at scale
- Effective communication with senior executives
- Negotiation, influence, and collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
