Experteer Overview
As Production Director at Guerrilla, you will oversee all game projects to ensure alignment with studio objectives and quality. You will establish and refine production processes across projects, driving consistency and efficiency. You’ll lead a team of lead and principal producers, shaping production pipelines and multi-project scheduling. You’ll work with management to optimize development structure, reporting, and growth, while fostering cross-studio knowledge sharing. This role offers an opportunity to influence production at a premier studio in Amsterdam, with relocation support.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee internal and external game projects ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards
- Establish and refine uniform production processes across projects
- Lead and mentor lead and principal producers and manage project pipelines
- Maintain and improve multi-project pipelines including scheduling, risk tracking, prioritization, negotiation, opportunity tracking, and reporting
- Develop long-term recruitment strategies for the production team and collaborate with recruitment for leadership roles
- Drive continuous improvement and upskilling of the production team through tailored programs
- Assess and innovate on pipelines, processes, and tool usage to boost efficiency and output
- Collaborate on high-level schedules with resource allocation for all projects
- Work with studio management to optimize development structure, communication, reporting, and team composition
- Allocate resources across projects to maximize efficiency and output
- Provide strategic guidance on projects with studio management and direction teams
- Share production knowledge and best practices across Guerrilla and PlayStation studios
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in production leadership within the video game industry
- Two full-cycle AAA development cycles in a leadership position
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of game development processes (design, tech, QA)
- Passion for gaming and understanding of industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills creating strong stakeholder relationships
