Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Plan and run mid-to-large scale internal and external NPD programs with cross-functional teams
  • Lead Core Team to develop project charter, objectives, plan and schedule
  • Develop and manage program budgets including resources and external expenses
  • Identify and mitigate risks; escalate and resolve issues
  • Manage changes and interventions to meet timelines
  • Coordinate and track deliverables; hold team accountable
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders with presentations and dashboards
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings; publish minutes and actions
  • Build team ownership and define milestones and resource needs
  • Guide external partners and internal managers to ensure performance and cooperation
  • Support business case development and early-stage planning
  • May act as program portfolio manager for low-complexity units
  • Engage in functional excellence initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO13485 and industry standards
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Other duties as directed

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • BS in engineering or technical field; MS or MBA preferred
  • ≥5 years in a regulated industry (aerospace, telecom, pharmaceuticals) with 2+ years in NPD or project management
  • ≥3 years leading large technical NPD programs
  • Experience with FDA guidance and ISO 13485
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; independent, proactive, results-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Expert Microsoft Project; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
  • PM training and PMP certification preferred
  • Leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop integrated solutions
  • Change management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
