As Program Manager, you will oversee contract performance, staffing, scheduling, finances, and asset management for government-driven healthcare IT logistics. You will serve as the logistics SME, guiding planning sessions and standard reports to monitor QC and operations. You’ll coordinate with government personnel, ensure compliance, and deliver timely documentation and metrics. This role sits at the intersection of program management and data-driven logistics in a healthcare context, offering impact on mission-critical systems and processes.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Analyze program processes and prepare required documents
- Ensure contractor compliance with performance requirements and contract terms
- Verify contractor qualifications, training, and certifications for compliance
- Provide periodic performance feedback to the COR
- Oversee contractor processes, projects, workflows, and QC
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, shipping, and availability of items
- Produce Monthly QC Reports and site inventory summaries
- Monitor procurement, receiving, data quality, inventory, assemblage, and dated-item management
- Provide on-call response to government inquiries within defined timeframes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in medical materiel, facilities, and biomedical equipment repair management
- Experience in project development/management, personnel management, cargo deployment, and complex reporting
- Contract management experience in a military healthcare, logistics, and readiness environment
- Secret clearance
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
