As a Senior Engineer or Scientist you apply systems thinking to design, integrate, and deliver complex solutions within cross-functional teams. You may act as an SME, mentoring peers and engaging customers during defining and bidding phases. You could lead technically and commercially sound delivery of large, integrated projects, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts while addressing regulatory, safety, and environmental considerations. This role blends engineering and business perspectives to reduce risk and advance energy technology solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Apply system engineering methodologies across the design phase (requirements, architecture, integration)
Perform analyses, configuration management, and risk management to ensure successful product outcomes
Mentor and coach colleagues; support customers during product definition and bids
Possibly lead teams delivering technically and commercially sound products or services
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to create infrastructure-level solutions for customer requests
Manage delivery of large integrated projects and associated supply chain/logistics
Consider regulatory, safety, and environmental issues throughout project execution
