Experteer Overview

In this role you drive environmental performance across international infrastructure projects. You develop project-specific environmental plans, coordinate risk assessments, and ensure compliance with standards, permits and contracts. You act as the main environmental interface for customers and subcontractors, and you support sustainability reporting and incident investigations. Your work helps deliver complex high-voltage projects while advancing the green transition from the Netherlands. This role combines site visits, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving to meet environmental goals.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and submit environmental plans and reports aligned with project needs
Monitor environmental risks, KPIs, and non-conformities and report outcomes
Plan and follow up on environmental activities to ensure compliance
Support environmental incident investigations and sustainability reporting
Coordinate and monitor subcontractor environmental performance
Act as primary environmental interface with customers and subcontractors
Conduct regular site visits to maintain compliance and provide support

Zentrale Anforderungen

BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Environment, or Business
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in onshore and offshore installation projects
Knowledge of legal, permit, and contractual requirements
Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting
Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards
Valid local work permit
