Experteer Overview
In this role you support project scheduling and planning within the Cargo Vessels team, aligning master plans with production yards and partners. You work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering to establish, maintain, and adjust planning in ERP systems like IFS and Primavera for newbuilding projects. You’ll also handle data and document management with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Your work enables efficient execution of multi-project shipbuilding initiatives and continuous improvement in planning.

Aufgaben
- Create baseline planning for project activities in collaboration with project managers, team leaders and subcontractors
- Develop integrated project plans and logistic schedules (WBS)
- Maintain and analyze operational planning
- Identify bottlenecks in planning and propose improvements
- Provide progress status overviews and hour forecast information
- Prepare project information for multi-project planning (portfolio)
- Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow and equipment layout for efficiency
- Provide timely planning responses to internal customers
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes
- Solid understanding of project management phases
- Experience with ERP systems like IFS and planning tools like Primavera
- Affinity with the shipbuilding industry is a plus
- Strong team spirit, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
